Thoughts about the Character - Merle is a strong elf mage with some gifts of clairvoyance, this allows her to be precise in her casting and also alert the other members of her team of dangers or traps along the way. Merle used to be very timid when she was studying magic, she had trouble speaking her own mind and would rather keep away from heated discussions or conflicts, she always had a very strong bond with nature tho and being one of the only elves in the magic school no one around her really understood her feelings and Merle always felt lonely and regretted that she had no friends for a long time until she met a great sage, she asked for advise expecting to be patted in the back but what happened was that the sage told Merle her loneliness was actually her own fault, no one would be able to understand her feelings or build a relationship with her if she never talked! It was a shock but it helped tremendously and bit by bit Merle came out of her shell, met a lot of different people and even made friends! Her magic became more fluent and natural as Merle has finally completely accepted herself and was being true to her feelings!
