Thoughts about the Character - Astrid is a serious young heroine that no one actually takes that seriously because she is very young and lacks life experiences but even without it, Astrid has great role models that are her examples for everything she decides on her life! Astrid was abandoned as a small child, she couldn't even walk yet but she was promptly adopted by a poor couple who have just lost their child due to illness. The times were harsh and they didn't had a good condition but even so, couldn't just ignore such small baby! Astrid grew up strong and determinate, nothing could ever break her will! Her parents have always been there for her, to support and guide her through every step of her life, it wasn't easy for them, and many times they would starve just so Astrid would have enough to eat. Astrid's upbringing and the people she met made her decide to become a heroine, she wants to protect the people from far-off villages which have the most fragile security and usually are the poorest of the kingdom, Astrid NEVER accepts any reward except what she absolutely needs like food and a place to stay and she makes it a priority to always come back home to check on her parents because they are the most important people in the world for Astrid.
